At EERAWN, every product is carefully inspected dispatch to ensure the best quality.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds once the order is delivered.

We request customers to check the size chart before placing an order.

Exchange is only applicable if:

You receive a damaged product

You receive the wrong product

Important:

An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any exchange. The video must be recorded from the beginning of opening the package without any cuts or edits.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof.

Products must be unused and in original condition for exchange approval.

We will arrange the reverse pickup up for the defective item at no cost to you.

If you wish to exchange a non-defective item for a different size, the exchange will be processed on a chargeable basis to cover the logistics cost.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days

Delivery time is 3-7 working days

Shipping charges may apply at checkout.

Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation (After Dispatch)

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. If a shipped order is returned back to us, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.

Undelivered Orders (RTO)

If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts and the order is returned to us, the refund will be issued after deducting two-way shipping charges.

Product Availability

If a replacement is not available for a damaged or incorrect product, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
